This place has the best customer service I have experience in awhile. Jamie came out and made sure our food looked good and even apologized when some of the pizza rolls got a little more brown than he likes. He said he already put in a new batch and apologized again for the delay. He came back around a second time and delivered the new pizza rolls and even treated us to free gelatos for having to wait. Not only was the service wonderful but so was the pizza, I will be coming back here very soon.
The new restaurant is excellent - I loved the Gatti's in Austin, and this updated menu is even better - great price for such great food as well. Awesome food, games, great service - it's perfect!

Who doesn't love beer,hot sandwiches,arcade games,and freshly made hand tossed pizza?!?! Plenty of space and excellent customer service from when you walk in till you walk out. Potential to be a great hangout spot!

This place has outstanding customer service. Pizza was shaped oval and they insisted they make me a new one free of charge. Then we played games and my daughter was crying because she didnt win a duck. As we were getting in the car Eugene came out to the car and offered a toy for my daughter and said he didnt want anyone to leave crying. I was in awe!. The world needs more people like Eugene and staff like Mr. Gattis. I am now a customer for life.
