This place was absolutely disgusting. The buffet barely had pizza on it and what was out was cold and gross looking. The salad bar was disappointing and the clean dishes were all wet and had leftover food all over them still. The tables were not wiped down at all. Several of the games were either out of order or not functioning properly. I brought my daughter and 3 of her friends here to celebrate her birthday, spent over $100 and just feel so robbed.

Very disgusted with the whole thing Number 1 horrible food pizza was disgusting nothing fresh Number 2 we had did a party package was lied to from the beginning was not told of a $50 deposit for a room was told when called to pay that we would receive $50 back if we left the room clean and undamaged! When we paid the remaining amount they so called had used that $50 to the bill when she was told that she would receive that back! It's been a while since our last visit, but went there tonight for supper, noticed a sparce crowd for a Friday night. It took a while for someone to come to the front register so we could pay. Once inside, we found very few pizzas on the buffet, many empty spaces. Pizzas that were there weren't the typical quality that we enjoyed from our many visits in the past. definitely do not wanna ever go their again . the pizza was hard and only has 3 choices to choose from was their 30 minutes and the same pizza was their we had several people complain their was hardly no pizza . and had absolutely no dessert . and alot of the games wear out of order .

Have been going to Mr. Gattis for a very long time but sad to say no more. The quality of the food has went way down. Very unclean and the smell is horrible. New owners need help. Want be going back.

customer service at the toy counter was all on her phone on live amd texting the whole time, alot of the games was out of service and the bumer cars need more room not just a corner

I booked a party there, and not once was there anyone there to assist us. They were only concerned with raking in the money more than delivering a quality product. Most of the time the pizza buffet was empty, and the product when it was placed there was sloppy. Since Scott Camp left there, it has become a corporate money grab with little if any attention put into quality The place, to be honest, is unsanitary at best.I have spent a healthy amount of money over the last few weeks there, but believe I have spent my last dime.
