I first met Christy Happy in 2020 when we used her as our realtor to identify a townhouse for my son and his family while they were students at UTA. Later, we again called upon her to find a bigger home - and once again she delivered. She didn’t just show us property- she developed a relationship with us and guided us through everything. She made the process pleasant. She listed our townhouse , sold it expeditiously and found a new larger home to accommodate our needs. White glove service all the way.
