We ate there last night with our dog. Fun place. Friendly. We had philly cheese sub. Wait staff were good. Try it. You will like it. Service was good for how busy they were.
The last time we went to Gators was over a year or two ago and we waited quite a while before being seated and served, our waitress appeared drunk, the cook was eating over the food while cooking, my food was dropped in my hair at serving and all of my group's checks were incorrect twice. We decided to give this place a second chance because we were in the area, as it used to be a favorite of ours, and I'm glad we did. I love the fish. The onion rings were greasy, first time i experience that.
Great atmosphere ,,,good food n good waitresses,,,enjoy seating on the water and watching the river
Friendly atmosphere, fun surroundings. Don't much care for their frozen drinks, but beer is cold.
We go for the view, a few beers, and to hear The Retreads. We have been going to Gator's Riverside off and on for 20 years. Nothing outstanding about the food or service.
