Great location, great food, attentive staff. The owners, Bea & Ed Winters are wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend Gators.

My office went for lunch and we had great food and great service.
Just went this last weekend for the first time and it was good - typical roadhouse atmosphere with great river views - the sign said seat yourself but it was so busy that you did need to be seated. The owner was great and accommodating and the rest of the staff was friendly. The food is very good but it took a long time for it to come out. Smoking is allowed on both the covered and uncovered patios which sucks but the music was very good so if you can stand the smoke...it is worth it. Will definitely go back to try it again!
The atmosphere is great! Food is good and price is fair. Small kitchen so they get behind easy, But the live music and vibe makes any wait go by quickly. My only 3 recomendations #1 do something better with the restroom situation (lack of). #2 do something more official with the seating when it’s busy (4 six tops with 2 people not even eating makes no sense). #3 Don’t allow smoking under the roof cover, make them cancer dragons go all the way outside and save others lives. Great place for steamed shrimp and cold beer! Family friendly! Boaters and bikers are welcome. Always something interesting to see on the river. We saw Manatees yesterday.
