In all of my reviews I try to be fair, straightforward, and understand the situation the business is in at the time I visited. Awesome place
The only reason I gave this place a 2 star rating was because they have a clean patio and our server was nice, but other than that, I would give this place -5 l if I could. I got the most severe food poisoning from this place and was hospitalized. I have never been so sick in my life. Check your damn food quality for a simple burger and fries! Absolutely disgusting.
Bought a half of rack it was over cook slight burnt. Portion size of the rice was too small and veggies was 2 piece of broccoli 🥦.
First time visiting the Melbourne store.We were seating at about 8:45 pm We were quickly seated. It a while to receive our drinks. We waited for close an hour to get our food. When our meals were brought out, 4 of the 5 meals were incorrect. It then took another 15 minutes to get the corrected food.The only saving grace was our server. The GM was remorseful for the multiple issues with our order but argued with me about mine. After discussing it she understood the issue.
