The staff was very nice. Answered all my questions . Brought my trailer around and they hooked it to my truck. Before I left they did a safety check of all my lights and lowered and raised my rear gate to check proper operation or easy spring assisted gate. I love the spring assisted gate. I chose Gatormade because of the quality, built in side marker lights, stake pockets, and easy lift gate.. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
Hassle free experience, staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help and accommodate me.

It was very professional.
Offer the bottom portion(jack boot) to the jack stand mine didn't come with one now I have to go and purchase one. Also it would be nice to offer locks for the hitch.
Put the battery in the front box for the wonch needs to be put all the eay to the side in the corner.But it took me 10 mins to do it myself. Other thwn that, Make quivk connects for the winch cables. Other than that, GREAT TRAILER, LOVE IT.
