RecommendedI have been a client with this company since moving here in 2013 and installing the filtration system, never had a problem. Till on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend, no water coming out of the tap😳. I call them and Travis shows up and I need a new pump, I'm at work and can't take the time to call. I can't say enough good things about Gator Water and staff! Our water in our North Port home has been horrible from the first day we've been in the home (almost 3 years ago). It had an older RainSoft system in originally that when I called to have serviced by them couldn't be done. Almost everything was shot and needed replaced. After almost 2 weeks of no water at my house today I was able to find a company to come out and fix it. Let me tell you I had 4-yes 4! Companies come out and give me estimates. The first company- NEW LIFE WELL came out said right away that my pump is shot and the pressure tank was water logged and both need to be replaced- $1740. 2nd place Reliable well I told them over the phone what the first place said and they quoted me $1480. 3rd place NEW SYSTEMS WELL came out said my pressure tank is good but the pump needs to be repl... read more
We're renting a house that had a system which hadn't been used in years. Travis came out the same day we called, gave us an estimate and when we asked for the work to be done, we were given an appointment for the very next week. The job ended up being 25% UNDER the estimate, because Travis was able to re-use an expensive part rather than replacing it! Then, when something went wrong, a tech was here the same day to fix it. Awesome company to entrust your essential water needs to!
