I lived at Gator View for three years since August 2022 and absolutely loved it. Justin was always super helpful with Circa properties to answer any questions I had. Also, everytime I made a maintenance request, they were always quick to respond. Overall, great experience!
Lived here for over a year. Honestly great apartment for the price point. Management and maintenance are super friendly and actually helpful. Apartment was clean when I moved in, I didn’t have an in unit laundry and the on site laundry was clean and convenient.
The management was very friendly and responded quickly to maintenance requests. The apartment was clean when move-in and the move-out process was easy. They aren't like other companies that'll make up reasons to keep your security deposit. Some apartments have washer/dryer in unit and some don't (mine didn't). The laundry room was conveniently located on the premises.
Great price for a spacious 1 bed apartment located really close to campus. I rented for 3 years with Circa Properties and staff and maintenance was always helpful and easy to reach out.
