Service work is impossible to get anything done. Have waited 2 years for service work whicvh I've been assured that they will do it but excuses after excuses, many emails, voice mails texts and nothing ever happens. Very poor customer service

Gator Pools is the best pool company in town. Reliable, fast and gets the job done. Mike was our pool tech today and fixed our pool issues the same day we called for service. We really appreciated Mike taking the time to answer our questions and went out of his way to make sure that all was perfect before he left. A+ Service!

Recently bought a beautiful home in Naples, called about having this company service my pool and instead of simply telling me that they don’t service in my area, I was lectured over the phone about how they “focus only on high end homes and certainly don’t service in the estates”. Very rude and presumptuous, without asking any questions, as to whether my home was “high end” or not. Can’t speak to quality of their work but I can say whoever answered my call was very rude

Driver completley negligent and almost slammed into my car without pulling over or even acknowledging loud horn blowing. Called owner with no response. Cant imagine what services would be like with this type of negligence. Stay away!

I've used Gator Pools for 3 years and my experiences have all been positive. The staff is responsive and they answer the phone prompltly. I highly recommend them.
