I lived at Gator Park for all four years at UF, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better place to live during college. With the pretty cutthroat college housing scene, Circa Properties provided a great balance for me: with its reasonable prices, well-maintained units, and its amazing maintenance and office staff. Staff do an excellent job making you feel welcome and take care of everything quickly. The apartments are clean and spacious.

To be honest, it's alright. The two perks of renting here are responsive management under Circa Properties and the proximity to campus. If it were any further away from UF it would absolutely not be worth the price, but the convenience is unparalleled, especially if your classes are on the northeast side of campus. They advertise a 400 sqft 1 bedroom apartment but it is much closer to 350 sqft, and keep in mind that 40 sqft of that is the gigantic closet if you're in the main building, so you're really working with a little ... read more

Gator Park offers excellent value for the price and location. The only negative is that my unit did have an issue with tiny flies, especially during the summer months. This was not a problem during the first year I stayed at Gator Park; I suspect a neighbor was not keeping their unit clean.
