To be honest, it's alright. The two perks of renting here are responsive management under Circa Properties and the proximity to campus. If it were any further away from UF it would absolutely not be worth the price, but the convenience is unparalleled, especially if your classes are on the northeast side of campus. They advertise a 400 sqft 1 bedroom apartment but it is much closer to 350 sqft, and keep in mind that 40 sqft of that is the gigantic closet if you're in the main building, so you're really working with a little ... read more

Gator Park offers excellent value for the price and location. The only negative is that my unit did have an issue with tiny flies, especially during the summer months. This was not a problem during the first year I stayed at Gator Park; I suspect a neighbor was not keeping their unit clean.

Lived at Gator Park from 2021-2022 and am currently here for 2022-2023. The management is very nice and responsive, I haven't had issues with them or maintenance. Only complaint is the rising rent prices, my one bedroom apartment rent has risen almost $200 and it is NOT a luxury apartment. It is quite small and not very insulative so it may get very hot or cold depending on the month, regardless of the AC. Lived in a lot of places during my 5 years in Gainesville and this was easily the best place. This is by far the best 1bd you're going to find for the price and location. I only had one maintenance request throughout the year and they fixed it quickly and only had to come by the one time. I never saw a single cockroach or insect since I moved in. I have loved living at Gator Park and would recommend it to anyone. The apartments are really affordably priced and perfect for someone who wants to live in a one-bedroom. Management is SO helpful, especially Justin and Calvin who have helped me while living there. They really care about making sure all of their residents are happy with their apartments.
