I highly recommend Gator Mower Parts. The customer service was amazing. I went for a possible repair and they were very honest and fair in the evaluation of my trimmer. I opted to purchase a new one from them. James, the owner, took his time to explain different options for the new trimmer and to make sure I was comfortable with the operations. I would recommend Gator Mower to anyone needing new lawn equipment or service. I took my mower in for service a week ago, Gator called when they said they would. I arrived late Monday just as they were closing the store. They were kind enough to reopen the store to let me pick up my mower. Really appreciated that customer service.
