I am building a new ADU and this company had done the rough plumbing for our contractor. I have contacted them 4 times to get a quote to connect to our sewer and do the finish plumbing since they are on our building permit, and I have never received a call back. What a sham of a company. It’s a wonder they are still in business. If they don’t want my business, a simple phone call to say that they can’t continue to work on the project would be the moral and ethical thing to do. Positive: Showed up on time, compliment with my request that they wear a mask when interacting with me, quick and accurate diagnosis, service call was on the weekend so part Stores closed but tech emailed order for pickup first thing Monday morning, promised to return Monday morning with new motor and install it returned first thing Monday morning and completed job!, ran charge through warranty so saved a lot of money, friendly and professional in field and in office on phone. Highly recommend.
