Very bad attitude
Richard from Gator Investments hired us for a roof repair, promised payment, and then disappeared. No follow-up, no professionalism, no integrity. This company does not honor their word. Don’t waste your time or trust dealing with them.
They don’t pay their pest control bills for Country Club Apartments in Spartanburg, SC that they rack up. They won’t answer the phones at the office or the corporate level. Overall just a sleazy huge corporation that robs the small businesses and treats their tenants poorly. Small business owners beware. This company is bad. Owners should be ashamed.
After falling six months behind. This company did eventually pay in full for services rendered. One star because why do business like this?
