Signing a lease with them is like signing your soul away to the devil. They require a $1000 “refundable deposit” to draft up a lease. Fine first I’m hearing of this but no problem. After weeks of wasted time I get my lease and it’s an absolute joke. There’s a million ways to default in the lease they give you. They have it set up so if the landlord decides for whatever reason he doesn’t like you, they can terminate your lease while also suing you for the remaining months/ years you have on your lease. Don't go to this location they will tow your car even though the parking lot lines are fading. We parked next to a car in line and they had the tow truck come and tow everyone's car. 165.00 later we got the car back. I spoke to Drew and he told me " it is what it is" . This is the problem with outside investors. They dont hold Kentucky values. DO YOUR JOB AND PAINT THE LINES. I ll be talking to the city council in my district since he is my neighbor.
