Alex and the mechanics are absolutely fabulous!! In addition, Alex has shown a tremendous amount of patience with my many questions! This is my first horse trailer purchase and they have made the process as smooth as possible. I purchased a used trailer on consignment. The cost to have the mechanics go over the whole trailer is well worth the price. I decided to have some work and repairs done, too, as their prices seemed very reasonable to me.
Gator Horse Trailers are fantastic. The service is top notice, from answering all my questions, to finding the correct trailer for my needs. I spoke with many dealers, and they surpassed all of them. Never pushed the sale, treated us like family.
I bought a trailer from gator back in march, i was told they broke a window backing it in to clean it. The window was already broken in the pictures they used to advertise. I was told several times by the owner it was ordered and it wasnt in stock thru keifer. When i arrived the trailer was filthy i had to ask several time to get a signature on my bill of sale that the window would be orded and shipped to me. They offer a great selection of new and used trailers. Easy financing and great customer service. Wildfire and I definitely love our "new to us" trailer!
