Told me my roof had about 15 years, they missed the roof caulk in the valleys that you could see in plain sight ,had to replace valleys and vents on roof with in a couple months water spots started to show up on fresh paint job inside on ceiling. Contacted them said they would refund my money . Never heard from them and no refund still won't answer my calls.
Missed two very large cracks in the walls of the apartment I paid to have inspected. One ran horizontally from floor to ceiling. The other vertically across the whole dining room. Missed a broken window and a rotting support post on the patio. Did point out very minor things but not all the major issues.
Harry was very straight forward, polite, thorough, offered great advice and recommendations. Initial walk through presented some circumstances beyond our control which hindered the process. Before closing they were gracious to revisit the house with us. Awesome customer service!
