Randall Hays was our tech this past weekend, he offered great communication and was punctual and professional. He showed us and explained in details what needed to be fixed, gave us advice on how to maintain it after and overall did a great job. We were very thankful that you guys were able to come down to Kyle on a Saturday to fix our garage door, we truly appreciate your service and definitely as a first time customer we will contact you guys again. Joseph P. came to my home today and did an excellent job. He wasn’t pushy with the sale and was very kind and understanding of my situation. I truly felt he was being honest in everything he said. Feedback to the office: I’d just like to suggest providing a heads-up about any potential extra charges for parts, as the additional $100 was unexpected.
Our garage doors were only 3 years old but the springs wore out. Joe our technician explained how and why this occurred and gave us a quote for new springs. I called the main office to inquire about our warranty and although we were 3 months past the warranty period they said they were going to replace the springs at no charge! Fantastic service! Joe got everything done and the doors working perfectly in about an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the overall service received.
