Watch out! I had a very poor experience with these folks: high pressure sales, high cost, and poor materials and workmanship. Beware - they talk a good game and leave you hanging.
High-pressure sales I had enough after the owner wasted approximately 4 hours of my time with a high-pressure sales pitch. I ended up buying windows from Home Depot and having Shore Homes install them.
Aluminum Windows We have an older house and our windows were starting to fall apart. We needed several small pieces to fix them and couldn't find them anywhere in town. Gator helped us find the parts in a catalogue and special ordered them for us. They were fast and very helpful. We'd use them again in a minute.
Terrible I second the watch out story below. They make everything sound good up front, but are absolutely unresponsive, and even hostile, once a problem arises. It took a threat of a lawsuit to get them to finally fix the major leaks in my brand new porch... Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
Great work We have used this company twice....once for a screened-in front door, and again for a patio. While there was wait to get the work done , we found them to be well worth it. Both jobs were well done and done at a price we were very satisfied with. Would definitely use them agai nand have recommended them to friends. PROS: Quality work CONS: Can be 3-4 week wait for a job to be done
Slow beyond belief I signed a contract for a small job nearly six weeks ago and I am still waiting for the work to be done.
Would Recommend I used Gator Aluminum to put a screened patio on my house. The salesperson who came out was knowledgable and offered me a variety of options for doing what I wanted. While they offered suggestions for more expensive upgrades, I didn't feel pressured. It took a couple weeks for them to get to my job, but once they started the patio was up in no time. I had one small problem, which they came right out and corrected to my satisfaction. I'd use this company again.
