Sorry about your experience, but your review should really be directed at the place you rented from. Gatlinburg Chateau is a condo complex that has individual owners that either rent it themselves or through a management company. We have no control over other owners, only our condo that you didn't stay in.. Recommend you make your review in the appropriate place (VRBO, rental website, etc).
I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Gatlinburg!!!! The room we booked was fully furnished n stocked with everything we needed for the week! You can't beat the prices, the view is beautiful from the balcony and being walking distance from the heart of the city is a huge plus!!! We will definitely be back next year!!
