RecommendedGreat place to stay - clean and walking distance to Gatlinburg's main street
If I could give zero stars I would. We stayed in room 407 (btw the keys weren’t locked in the box, just sitting) First night in the AC didn’t work in our room. The other two in our group’s room electric didn’t work at all. Second night we were asked to leave to pool as it was closed, so we did leave, along with the other people who we had met down there. Room 408 is horribly outdated. The sofa and sofa bed were so uncomfortable that nobody wanted to sit on it and the kids couldn’t even sleep on it. Having cranky kids all day on vacation is not fun. The cleanliness was also not up to par. When we closed the bedroom door, you could see that they hadn’t even swept behind doors, let alone mop the tile floors. The only plus was the distance from downtown Gatlinburg. We won’t be staying there again.
Beautiful views of downtown Gatlinburg and the mountains from the corner balcony. Of unit 210. Clean unit with fresh paint and new hardwood floors. 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa in living room. All the comforts of home away from home!!!
Unit 210 has new paint, beautiful hardwood floors, like new furniture, gas log fireplace, and all the comforts of home. This is a corner unit with a balcony that looks up and down the mountains and also overlooks Gatlinburg to the south. The location of the Gatlinburg Chateau is an easy and short walk to areas with shops and restaurants.
Its so fun i theres a tram u also see bares.
Hag a great time in Gatlinburg and our stay at the chateau gatlinburg was great!!! Easy walk to town!
