It was a smooth and easy sale with Heidi as my agent. She has been able to sell two land lots back to back and facilitate transitioning out of owner financed property to a full sale. Land can take years to sell and it only took me a few months. Highly recommend Heidi for her prompt communication. All work was done remotely. Very happy with my real estate team!
