dr. gathercole helped me through a whiplash injury which was the result of a rear end collison while at a stop. I really appreciated that my appts could be direct billed to icbc!! Dr. G was personable and professional, recommended appt frequency and ensured i was not returning to pain, and also gave me the nudge to seek out physiotherapy, which i thankfully did, and it helped me progress even quicker. Accessible location and friendly staff- thanks to the whole team for helping me heal.
Professional people all around but absolutely have to rave the wonderful human on front desk that treats people with respect and kindness!!! Dr Brogan is patient understanding and BRILLIANT ♡♡♡

After 3 treatments, I am happy with the progress I have made with Shane. From someone who has extensive damage to my spine he is thoughtful, treats my body with respect, and errs on the side of caution. He listens to my input and formulates an appropriate response. I can see the fear in his eyes because my body is so beat up and brittle, but today's session definitely started to take the load off the problem area. Thankyou and keep up the good work.
