Brian in maintenance is excellent. He is a true professional, efficient, and respectful. He does quality, timely work. IMT office staff are also quick to respond to questions and offer helpful fixes or solutions. IMT is a little hidden gem in Pleasanton. We have been here 4 years. The new management is excellent.
From the moment I did my virtual tour and spoke with Jackie and the rest of the ladies in the office, I knew this was the right place. Everyone in the leasing office has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating from day one. When I moved in, I even found a thoughtful gift set waiting on my kitchen counter, which was such a nice touch and definitely helped make the move a little less stressful. The repair service was fast, efficient, great quality and super friendly.
Very seemless maintenance experience every time! They come out usually next day and take care of the needs. Just wish we didn’t have so many that needed fixing mostly appliance issues.
