Extremely happy living at IMT Pleasanton: We have been living at IMT for more than 2 years. Community is good. Great atmosphere. We had recently renewal the lease team helped in smooth execution. Management and Maintenance staff are very nice and prompt in responding for any service requests. Also, they listen to customer concerns and provide resolutions. Once again thanks to the entire staff.
I have been extremely pleased with with the move to IMT Pleasanton. I had a tight schedule to finish the leasing process and Dana from the Pleasanton office had been wonderful in helping out. She helped me to navigate through the process of qualification, payment, and move in arrangement. We have moved in already now and my family love amenities in the apartment and the neighborhood! Thank you Dana!
I have lived here for 3.5 years and I feel like IMT always attracts great staff. Obviously I love Dana in the front office, and Ashley is helpful too! I had a routine maintenance request and I had someone out the next day. Both Brian and Rowell were awesome and so helpful!
