Excited to be moving in soon and being a part of the IMT community! Toured the unit as a walk-in and got greeted by Jacqueline and Casandra. Both of them were super friendly and helpful in understanding the process. Jacqueline showed us the unit and gave us a walkthrough of the community. Brian in maintenance is excellent. He is a true professional, efficient, and respectful. He does quality, timely work. IMT office staff are also quick to respond to questions and offer helpful fixes or solutions. IMT is a little hidden gem in Pleasanton. We have been here 4 years. The new management is excellent.
From the moment I did my virtual tour and spoke with Jackie and the rest of the ladies in the office, I knew this was the right place. Everyone in the leasing office has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating from day one. When I moved in, I even found a thoughtful gift set waiting on my kitchen counter, which was such a nice touch and definitely helped make the move a little less stressful.
