Big thanks to Jackie and Casandra for making our move-in smooth and easy. They were super responsive, helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. We’re really happy with the experience!
There has been constant construction going on almost every early morning before 9 am for more than a month, and it is still continuing. The noise level is extremely high, with heavy machinery operating as if you were living inside a construction site. In addition, landscaping and weed removal work starts as early as 8 a.m. twice a week. It is impossible to get any peaceful sleep here, and you will almost certainly be woken up. This has significantly affected the overall living experience.
Not satisfied. Didn't fix it at all. It's quite a very old building. Very old building and poor construction. Many parts are just fixed with silicone glue and tenants are threatened for charges by the leasing office if things are not fixed, and are required to allow maintenance crew to drop by anytime without appointment or prior permission from the tenant.

My move in and experience with imt Pleasanton has been top notch and smooth. Thanks to all the staff, Casandra, Ashly, Jackie, Brian, Carlos and others for the help and answering any questions or concerns I may have. Casandra explained to me throughly what was all included with my move in, the amenities, the documents, and the tour of the unit.
