First of all - We already moved out, but the management charged us for carpet replacement even though there is no sufficient evidence of damage caused by us. When we first moved in, the staff did not point out or document any stains. Later, when we inspected the carpet ourselves using additional lighting, we noticed a stain of unknown origin, which could have been caused by a previous tenant. Casandra Solis-Andrade is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. She is a racist towards asians. She made fun of my accent and told me she made me repeat myself because she had hard time understanding my English. I only lived there for 1 year and she sent me a bill for a full carpet replacement. I am going to the small claims court to dispute the overcharged bill.

I recently moved into IMT Pleasanton, a serene and cozy apartment community in the laid-back east bay valley of Pleasanton, close to the Arroyo Mocho trail and many parks. Felix came by to fix a light and the smoke alarm at my house — he was on time, very professional, and super efficient. He explained what needed to be done, completed everything quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
