We moved into IMT Pleasanton recently and unfortunately the apartment has been a major disappointment. The unit was in significantly worse condition than we expected, including a strong urine odor, flooring in poor condition, rust around drains and some appliances, and appliances that were not fully functional. Overall, the apartment feels much older and more worn than what we believed we were renting. I had an urgent maintenance issue and Joseph did a fantastic job responding quickly and professionally, I was a bit panicky and he really took the time to help me out.

Not satisfied. Didn't fix it at all. It's quite a very old building. Very old building and poor construction. Many parts are just fixed with silicone glue and tenants are threatened for charges by the leasing office if things are not fixed, and are required to allow maintenance crew to drop by anytime without appointment or prior permission from the tenant. And even after directly reaching out it never worked out.
