quality apartments with amenities that go beyond a typical apartment building. Living in a studio apartment it definitely accommodates my needs and plenty of space for the items I own plus a storage closet in the hallway next to my apartment unit. The maintenance crew and the leasing office are always willing to help and go beyond customer service!

I love living here. It's a beautiful building and the amenities are wonderful. They offer free wine and beer tastings, CrossFit, yoga, and dog park has been built right on the property. The pool view to the Charlotte Skyline is spectacular. I recommend this place because of what it looks like comma the leasing office for professionals, and the maintenance keeps the building clean at all times.
Sewage in my dishwasher for 4 months. Thank you team for not doing anything and removing my post.
My husband and I and our dog, Reuben, moved in a month ago and we love our new home at Gateway West. The entire leasing office staff, Roger, Madison and Jordan have been so helpful and responsive every time we've had a question. We've really enjoyed the resident events we've attended and Reuben's loving the onsite dog park and proximity to the city's off-leash dog park at Frazier Park.
