Love living at Gateway, the team in the leasing office is amazing and things get done quickly.
This apartment complex was great until the new management took over, FCA. They are never available when you need them, and are rude when they are available. They will literally nickle and dime you for every little thing. We received a ridiculous fee for them having to clean hair out of a drain upon move out. If you want to live somewhere you are respected and valued as a tenant, then go elsewhere.
The property manager and the rest of the team are amazing! They listen, ask questions and care about you! Great location and amenities.
