I'm a first-timer, but I keep an eye out for everything and anything. I guess I got lucky with the room, but I absolutely love it! I am not experiencing any of the problems others have mentioned. The room is so beautiful and homey. The cold & hot water labels in the shower should be switched though haha. I would definitely recommend it to future visitors. ;)

I was very pleased. The place was clean and everyone was so friendly. the lady stopped by and asked if we needed anything at all. We asked for a extra bed and she brought a very comfortable air mattress. My daughter said the air mattress was more comfortable than the pull out bed. We were all pleased with the place. There was plenty of soap and coffee. Full Kitchen. We had everything we needed.
A dump. We stayed in a DV Suite. Reserved parking spot labled for this suite was taken by some other "Airman"-- no Integrity. The staff didn't care and said they can't do anything about it. Night manager has a tongue piercing...lol--no Service. Had to kick in the door because its all jacked up...no joking. Have to kick it closed too. Had to drag the mattress in the other room because of little no A/C in the bedroom--no Excellence. The Air Force standards are gone. I served 33 years, and I'm an injured veteran.
