Checked into the room and immediately noticed the swampy smell. Had to go to the BX and buy multiple air fresheners to make it bearable. Carpets feel damp beneath your feet. Went to every ice machine in every building and they all have "out of order" signs on them. I talked to the front desk and they gave me this BS story about how they must have just all broken and they're waiting on CE to come repair. The machines look a lot more like they were just turned off to save electricity but they stuck to they're lie about how the... read more
We were upgraded to the Villas and couldn't have been happier. So much room for all of us. Definitely would choose again if the opportunity arises. Thank you so much!
The room had mosquitos that kept buzzing in my ear at night and let me share a photo of a washing sink that were so rusty. Whose inspecting these places for our troops?
I absolutely love this place! Very clean and nice... The two men that checked our family in were so nice and very professional. They accommodated our needs at 2 am like professionals!
The staff were friendly here. The room was acceptable and all items were stocked as needed. The cleaning staff only does a full cleaning once a week, so if you want your bathroom cleaned, carpets vacuumed or sheets changed daily, you are out of luck. I didn't care for the lack of vacuuming daily, because there were quite a few bugs in the room (roach, silverfish, etc.).
