Very friendly front desk workers. Nurse an PA were excellent, understanding and passionate! I highly recommend Gateway Urgent Care on New Salem Rd.
I’ve always had a good experience at Gateway. They’re so kind & helpful whenever I’ve been sick! Sometimes the wait can be long, but it depends on what’s going on. My most recent visit from check-in to leaving was only 30 minutes!
