Every Aspect of my visit was excellent,but 1 thing to many patients rooms filled up making for a long wait. Thanks to Jasmine and Matt.
Gateway Urgent Care staff and provider that examined me during my visit was great. I registered on line and was back in the examination room in less that 3 minutes. The provider definitely tended to my needs each time I was seen. I was there like a week and a half ago for the same thing and each time my experience was great. Gateway staff definitely deserves a raise.
Excellent experience! From checkin to checkout. Front desk,assistants,caregivers all stellar! This was New Salem location.
I waited over 40 minutes in the exam room.
