The doctor on staff is horrible and likes to yell at his patients and slam doors instead of helping when they are trying to ask questions. Beyond unprofessional, will never be going back.
I would never recommend this place nor will I never go back due to their billing department!! They are the absolute worst!!! I paid the co pay and we keep receiving invoices for it. I have called every single month for the last three months with all the information to get this fixed and it’s still not done right!!!! They tell me every time it’s fixed and there is no balance due and then the next month I get a bill! It’s ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else it’s worth the drive to not have to deal with them.
I do not recommend going to this Urgent Care ever. I went in October of 2019 and on that day I paid my $50 co-pay. I still have my credit card statement showing i paid that day. I received a bill for $50. I called the company who at first stated that they never received record of my payment. I explained that I had my credit card statement and could send it to them. Recommendedfriendly and efficient staff knowledgeable and caring doctors
I went for a fall and they were great. I was seen in about 25 minutes, received an X-ray and results and medication. The staff was Very carrying and professional. I would recommend
Super slow service. They have misdiagnosed my children 2/3 we have been here. One of which their pediatrician was shocked they would prescribe a certain medication to a 5 year old. I thought the first few times I went we’re just a accidental misdiagnoses but they just don’t know what they are doing. The staff was friendly though.
I’ve had to take both of my kids ages 3 and 6 the past week due to ear pain and one had strep as well. They got me in super fast, nurse and doctors were both super nice and great with the kids.
