0 stars. Claire Newberry and Matthew Morgenthaler were very unprofessional. I was not able to receive my records that was needed for court until 4 months later. There were many emails and visits to the office in efforts to obtain my records. She insisted that I do an interstate compact when it was never needed. I have filled out the same records request form 3 times on 3 different occasions and more. Claire and Matthew failed to adequately guide a client through the appropriate process and withheld records. After reading this review I experienced the same exact thing . For a place that is supposed to be helpfull what a joke dont not walk in these doors 😒 5 months ago I can’t remember the name of the woman but when I find out I’ll make sure to add that to this or my next review. She did my evaluation and was rude, inpatient, and not understanding at all.
