The staff here were very rude. Fortunately I found services elsewhere.
The front desk staff is very rude and the rest of the staff is unprofessional.
The reviews here seem overly low to me. I did have some problems with the front desk not answering questions very well. At the same time the therapists I saw here were very nice. The psychiatrist wasn't helpful and didn't listen to me. She basically tried whatever medication she felt like. She was a nice person but I wouldn't go to her again. Used to think it was alright.i take what is going on in my life very seriously and expect the same out of the staff who has a say in my freedom and anonymity, or so I thought and expected. There’s two people here that are really good people Thomas and Cindy. But the front desk people are horrible. They ask for your birthday then say your name out loud while people are in the waiting area.
