I've been using gateway tire for over 40 years...it's been through several management's in that time...the recent change has me thinking to find a new service center...I recently bought a new pair of front tires for my 18 transit, after they ordered them they said the wouldn't be able to warranty them because they were a different size than the rear...I argued that my transit was a.rear duelley and that shouldn't matter, but they insisted....never had this problem before...I think it's time to say see u later and I'll take m... read more
Customer service is lacking and I will itright there! I know staffing is an issue but there is no need to be rude!
I would not recommend Gateway tire in Oakland TN. They pay their counter people on commission of what they can sell. Every customer, no matter what you need is an up-sale. This place is close to my home so I have tried on 4 separate occasions and I have never, and I know never is an absolute statement, I have never gone in this gateway store and been sold what I requested. In short, their counter people can't make it on a $40 dollar rotation or even a $79 dollar alignment. Go to Oakland Tire next door. They probably can't fi... read more
Gateway on Covington Pike Memphis are The best. The manager and staff are friendly and professional. When I take my vehicle to them I know it will be done professionally and at a great price. Thank you Gateway on Covington Pike you guys are awesome!!! Thanks also to the manager for running such a honest friendly and professional place.
