Awesome service! They fixed my grandson's tire in record time while we were eating lunch.
I had a flat tire, so Gateway sent someone out to put enough air in it to get me to the shop. They fixed my tire and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely recommend this shop and will remember them when it is time for a new set of tires.
Horrible customer service!!! I wanted to purchase 4 all- terrain tires for a truck and an oil change, tire rotation, and new brakes for my wife's car today. Couldn't help me today, gave me "It'll be about $500." For what you ask, well me too, didn't go over anything that I wanted, no different types of pads, just knew in his head brakes"five hunnert" ... This place is a joke, go to Gateway in Batesville excellent service there.
They really have exceptional customer service! They gave me the best deal they could and didn’t try to oversell me! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I love Gateway! It's nice to be able to drop into any location and they have record of transactions.
I am from Virginia and was dropping off my daughter at Ole Miss. I was headed to the airport in Memphis and was in rental car and the low tire pressure light came on. My mechanic was concerned it had a leak but knew that I was under a time constraint. I was in and out in 20 minutes. In my rush out, I did not catch her name but I cannot thank her enough! Thanks to her I made my flight!!
