Friendly folks, quick service, great prices, and honest.
I came in at 11am they said it'd be an hour and a half; they did not touch my car until 1:45pm. It then set in the garage for 30 minutes before they asked me what I wanted done because they did not write it down. I wasn't finished until 2:35pm. When they got to check on my slow leaking tire (lost 10 psi every 3-4 weeks), they put a bigger hole in the tire, and then could not patch it. I drove in on the tire and had to leave on a spare. Great service! Had a flat took my car they fixed it. I was very pleased. Next morning woke up with same tire flat. Went back and they were very apologetic. They went rite to my car and took their time and found the problem. Great customer service!
Gateway tire went above and beyond to help me and my son yesterday. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Awful service and messed up our car!! Will never go back sad to because I have used them for 6 years and it has really went down!
