RecommendedThey got my car serviced as soon as I told them I needed oil change and tires rotated. I was there for a little while but they were good to me by getting my service done.
I brought three trailers to be changed out. Got here at 7:30 am. There was 2 people here. The lady was super nice and told me I could leave them. Be about hour. Told her okay thanks went to the grocery store. Came back hour and half later. Still not done. The manager Stacy Stewart moved me to back when other customers came in because I had left. Always friendly, expedient, can take care of what ever you need in the way of tires!!
D is wonderful she will make it right. I’ll be a return customer. New guy broke my skin on my rim. They are making it right thank you so much. Very good experience nice staff clean building and grounds.

it takes forever to get a flat tire repair done
They told me that they would get me right in. I waited 30 minutes and the car wasn't in the bay yet, so I left. Maybe communicate better. I won't be back.
Gateway is great. Not only are the staff really friendly but they are knowledgeable. They stand behind their work and take care of their customers!
Plan ahead, because they stay busy all day.
They took way to long 2 hrs to do a 15 min job
