Bought batteries there 3 years ago, an because hubby worked the refuge to warranty the battery, want me to pay for the battery again, very rude!!

On June 22, 2020, I went to the Mansfield Road location about 9:30 AM for an oil change. Approximately 1 1/2 hours after being there, a friend of the man who took my order came in. Another hour past and I noticed that this lady's car was taken prior to mine even though she was also there for an oil change. When I asked the men at the counter why, they said that the man who took our orders often put his friends first. I got my keys and left and WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I was visiting Shreveport which is 100 miles from my home. I had a tire losing air. I was told I needed a tire but I wanted to purchase a full set back home. When I asked the serviceman if I could get home on my spare, he assured me that I could. Honestly, he could have lied to me and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Mike and the guys here fixed my A/C on my red 91 Pontiac Fire bird. It had not been working since I bought the car 3 yrs ago. It was pretty pricey but well worth it. They replaced my condenser, compressor and orifice tube. Also converted it over to R123A from R 13. I'm very happy with the job they did. Thanks alot guys. Too bad you don't do transmission work because I really need repair on that now.
My favorite tire place as they are very reasonable price for my vehicles and they are very friendly to help me pick right tire for my vehicles. Plus explain me for my vehicle's problems like need wheel alignment and others which I didn't know of it.
