You people are awesome! My wife and I were on vacation driving through Jackson n I-40 on Thursday when a semi driver punctured our left rear tire, damaging the rim, then drove off without taking responsibility. Gateway Tire called around to all the local dealerships to find a replacement for my damaged rim. Failing at this, they sent an employee to a local junkyard to obtain a compatible tire. I had a tire go flat on my way to East TN, Gateway Tire had my low profile tire in stock and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great job guys!
I had an unusual experience I went in to have my oil changed when they were finished the guy handed me my keys I started to give him my credit card he said their was no charge I said why he said it took an hour and a half and that was unacceptable it was free I tried to pay he said no I was so surprised people amaze me that was so unexpected and appreciated the people were very nice thanks again.
I took my car to Gateway for an alignment today. I waited an hour and a half, which I didn't feel was extremely long given the amount of people in the waiting area. When they called my name I went to the counter and was informed that there would be no charge because I had to wait so long. I told him that wasn't necessary but he insisted. Gateway is my new go-to for all my car service needs!
