Not only have I used Gateway Tire in Jonesboro AR but when living in MS I had the pleasure of doing business with Gateway tire in Horn Lake MS & Olive Branch MS. I’ll tell you’ve never waited as long as I’ve had to wait each time I’ve visited the Jonesboro location! What’s the deal? Are they understand staffed? I don’t see them doing any more business than the outstanding staff at the MS locations just much slower about getting you in & out...

Rolled in 5 minuets till close on a Friday with a piece of metal in my tire and they took care of me. Great guys!
Took a tire in to get fixed because of slow leak. Said had 2 nails in it. This morning went out and tire was flat. Can't trust any more. 99% of time they find something else major wrong. Its not qualify like it uae to be

Not the same Gateway tire that it use to be, Danny was rude and very unprofessional! I was totally disappointed, I will never spend another dime in their place, I'm trying to be nice, but they need new people to change the atmosphere, Danny is a unprofessional, egotistical, bad representation of Gateway!
