The Jonesboro store is very good about fixing or buying a tire but the service there after is poor. I have tried numerous times to get my tires rotated , all different times of day and been told wait is 1.5-2 hrs. For an oil change and tire rotation it’s has been over 2 hrs this time. You should not have to take an entire day off just for a maintenance visit!!!!!
Always good customer service and fixed what I needed!
