Recommendedtoday I came in to get 4 tires and a wheel alignement. and I also needed my front tire tie rod looked at and I was happy to hear they do walk ins and they got me in fast and they was cheaper then most ppl in town. they also are so friendly and have awesome customer service.

On Nov 6 2018, before 9am. I took my yukon in for new tires and an alignment. Being told that it would be ready in a few hours.. Finally around 4 in the afternoon they calland say there was a problem. I picked it up and took it back the next day to have the alignment done. We haven't driven it much in a week. And this morning i noticed an issue by sight, having already noticed loose steering. It was taken back in this morning and they are not wanting to fix the job they were paid for.

I have been to SEVERAL Gateways between here and Memphis. I will not trust my car to any other store but Shelbyville. They have always done right by me.
Being a single lady, I usually ask for recommendations with anything having to do with my vehicle. I've always been advised to go to Gateway for whatever vehicle problem I was having. Yesterday when I was driving on a flat, I drove by two different tire shops to get to Gateway. I trust their staff and the service is remarkable. Thank you, again.
