The people at the desk are very friendly; however, I question the competence of the technicians. After an oil change today, they didn't attach the skid plate back properly. Not too far down the road it came loose and crumpled and hung beneath the car, damaging the skid plate beyond repair. Two oil changes ago, they put standard 5w30 oil in the car after I specified synthetic. Even if I hadn't CLEARLY specified synthetic, surely a competent technician could have read the vehicle specifications. Hopefully this location will on... read more
