It’s good place to live close by Gatway max station and Grocery Outlet. Management is awesome, ready to help every time with kindness ,maintenances available just a text far away from your home.She (seid) is pretty friendly with everyone, it was a good experience to stayed there with this management. let's lower the rent if you want new tenants because the upgrades to the units/location are not worth the rental. in addition to having to pay for all utilities and no washer and dryer in the units. Please re-evaluate.
Lived here almost 4 years and there are no amenities for them to be charging as much as they are for rent. They were doing an exterior update when I was in the process of moving out. There is a laundry room on site, but they are not the cleanest machines, I’ve had some of my clothes ruined from people using bleach in their loads of laundry. The buildings are older so be prepared for the floors to creek everytime you walk on them, and if you live on the first floor you will constantly hear your upstairs neighbors.
