Making an appointment as new patient was easy. The front desk staff (Ericka) was pleasant and explained what to expect during the visit. Upon arrival, the office was immaculate. Dr Simoca was extremely gentle and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. My whole family will be returning patients, as the care and entire process of becoming a new patient was pain-free and a great experience!!
