You were to call a prescription in for my husband but did not; now it is the start of the holiday weekend and we have been on the phone for hours trying to reach someone to get this taken care of. He can not go the weekend without this prescription. We called your emergency number and got nowhere. I am recommending that my husband find another dentist. This is not a good example of medical responsibility.

Dr. Matter is the best! I was super nervous about the procedure we were doing, she and her staff totally made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I felt no pain at all. The staff at Gateway Smiles are super kind, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them to any one looking for a new dentist. My teeth look great!

From the moment I walked in to Gateway Smiles, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. I’ve seen Dr Matter twice, and she is the kindest most professional and thorough dentist I’ve met. She made sure all my questions were answered, and did amazing work on my crowns. I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Dr Matter to anyone in a heartbeat.

Today was my first visit to the dentist in two years. I was impressed from the moment I walked in with the courtesy of the staff. Dr McDougal was most kind & knowledgeable. after explaining my current issue, he was able to re cement my popped off crown & provided me with encouragement. Quite a pleasure-able dental visit!
