Gateway Smiles Dentistry is amazing! All of the Dentists, hygienists and assistants are so gentle and caring. I have a phobia about dentistry that goes back to when I was in 2nd grade. They were so helpful in making me feel at ease about the dental work that needed to be done and kept me as comfortable as possible.
The staff are all very professional & efficient. Rebecca is the BEST hygienic & I absolutely love her!! She takes care of me to the point, I have no fears of the dentist! Rebecca puts me at ease & constantly asking how I'm doing during my visits, which I'm doing great with no pain or discomfort. She's awesome
CROOKS! Do not ever ever ever go here! There was a billing dispute that I had with them for over a year and we agreed I would pay it by the first of the month. It was the 20th. Well the lady who does their billing was a total bully and got mad at me for questioning the charges and sent it to collections early and it hit my credit. They also totally freaking messed up one of my teeth. Do not go here! They are petty, vindictive, awful people.

Me gustó el trato súper amables, solo en mi opinión es que si ven que uno tiene un problema dental que te lo digan Y SI LO HICIERON pero deberían así como que darte un presupuesto de cuánto pagarías por el problema que traes y si se puede hacer en pagos para regresar a que te lo hagan, por que uno tiene la idea de que todo trabajo dental es caro aparte del miedo que da visitar al dentista es mi humilde opinión gracias 😊 que
The gals at Gateway Smiles are AWESOME! I have extensive dental issues and they got me right in and taken care of without hurting me once! I am not easy to numb and I informed them of this and they actually listened! I spent all day there today and it was FUN! Who can say their dentist is fun? I can!! Thank you gals :)
They could get their billing department to actually work and do their jobs. Now Dr. Heilman abandoned us?? No letter out to tell people she was moving offices. I cannot believe I am still waiting on work to be billed correctly from June of 2018 and we are in March 2919. The insurance is requesting stays and two to 6 months later still waiting!!! Whomever owns these offices, Dental Professionals, LLC should be firing their entire billing office in Oklahoma!!
The staff here are wonderful. Always professional work and reasonable pricing.
