We bought our camper over the winter and had walk-through in Sub-Zero weather & me not feeling well. Our first trip out, last weekend, and we had a few snags (things we didn't know how to use). Talked to Josh in Service. He talked us through, even sent pics from another unit like ours to show us how to do something. It definitely improved quality of our trip. Thanks Josh!

Anthony was great to work with on a used camper
We purchased a new 5 th wheel Salem Forest RV and Cheri and the staff were great to work with. Gateway service department has been wonderful with a few minor fixes.
Anthony was awesome!! We came in to look at a specific trailer and he took us right to it. Very easy to work with and would totally recommend any of my friends to get a trailer from Gateway RV and Outdoors. Thank you again Anthony for everything!!
