I had both air conditioners go out in our camper the day before we were going camping. Called Gateway RV they said bring it in the next morning. Went the next morning they had me done by 1:00 o’clock. I was pulling into the campground by 4:30 thank you Josh in service he done a great job. Thank you Gateway RV.
Had an amazing experience at Gateway. Our salesman Anthony Hill was wonderful. Treated us like family and made us feel comfortable purchasing our camper. Tracy their finance guy is fabulous. We would recommend them to anyone. We will return when it is time for an upgrade.
Can’t thank gateway and Linda enough. They were so welcoming and willing to help us threw the whole process. Even though our financing company took longer than expected to get us a check Linda was very patient and kept in contact with us regularly to make sure there wasn’t anything they could help us with while we wait. We brought our 2018 to trade for a 2019 and offered terrible trade value. Unfortunately we walked out no deal
We bought our camper a few months ago.. took our first trip in it.. we loved it .. we did have a couple of issues .. service was great took care of issues and we are on the road again. We feel like we got a great camper at a great price :)
I went to Campers World in Wentzville and bought a top of the line Thomasville Theater set dual recliner with install last fall. Picked up motorhome and put in storage for winter. Two weeks ago I got it out to prepare for trip, the recliner WAS NOT bolted to the floor mount made for the recliner. Both recliners were loose as well as center console, basically they set the new one in and called me to come and get Motorhome.
