Great experience. Very professional and well trained staff. Highly recommended for your Truck repairs.
Started off well with an informative estimate for 4k and a few days to complete the work. The work ended up taking two weeks and the bill escalated to $7,300. Understanding that estimates aren't a guarantee, I told them I was disappointed that they didn't inform me they wanted to nearly double the budget. They said sorry but I didn't feel very heard, the prices as listed on the bill seemed very inflated.
in december 2025 i had a leased commercial trailer ABS failure. spoke with dave at Kamloops Repairs Centre. although they were busy he brought me in right away, diagnosed the problem and got busy with the repairs, had me underway in about 3 hours. extremely happy with everyone i had contact with friendly, professional excellent customer service. january 27,2026 once again ... i had a lighting failure on a leased trailer, called them explained the situation and ask for their mobile unit to come out. they sent one out tended t... read more
