Friendly staff, but not very professional. Asked for a quote, they quoted me 18 hours more than what book time is on the repair I was requesting.
For what started out as a shit day absolutely ended great thanks and big part to **Adam** the technician from Gateway, who was sent out to me last minute to fix my trailer breakaway at the scale!! He was out within 20 minutes at the end of the day not one complaint and quickly fix the problem and explain why it happened Thanks again, Adam !!! These guys are a call if you have any problems !
Great Service and great people at Gateway’s. We were guided there by Cruise Canada because of a serious engine problem with our RV. Darell and his team ensured, that we now get a new RV because the old one isn’t save anymore to travel further.
These Folks are awsome!!!! we had problems with our rv that they fixed without been able to get new parts. they spent aleast 4hrs in the blistering heat, trying to fix a fuel problem and did not charge us a dime, because we had to stay over for a couple days. The couple days gave us the chance to look around. We now Love your Town!!! Thanks Ken/Linda
