Wonderful facility! Every time I've been here the associates are great. Kim is always helpful, kind and patient! I've heard her be so kind to the patients..She deserves a raise!!
I went for my appointment today and the lady KIM tryed to say I didn't have a appointment. I left and called my regular doctor and they said I do have a appointment their. When I went back in Kim looked again and found my appointment. Kim should BE FIRED
During my experience at Gateway Radiology I must admit the staff was very nice. Being that I was having in an MRI test done on my leg I had to endure the machine needing to be rebooted which means I had to lay there a bit longer. But hey sometimes things happen and I rather have the best rating then an incorrect one. I highly recommend Gateway Radiology!
Really nice people very professional. I had a ultrasound on my legs tech she was a cool person.
Well I hate having mammograms, but all the staff was wonderful, from the front desk, then mammography to ultra sound, they was all professional and courteous, Even the coffee was decent �
