9 weeks ago Mitch Freed had said the property management company was going to do something about the hoarder druggie tenant. Nothing has changed. The druggie in the black suv has made a tarp tent extending from the truck to the fence line. Trash and abandoned debris/mattresses loaded on that property. Why should I pay state or property taxes to live across from that trash pile? SMH!

I would not recommend doing business with this company. Owner, Mitch Freed does not care for the safety and well-being of his tenants or the care and upkeep of his property. We own a house next door to a rental house that is owned and managed by Mitch Freed’s companies, Gateway Management, LLC and Ocean Equity Group, LLC. This house has been a nuisance and eye sore to the neighborhood for years. The exterior of the house is completely run down, and the back yard is covered by tarps. Horrible company. We have a property on our dead end street managed by them (see location below). There have been the same group of tenants for almost a decade, which have terrorized this neighborhood with drug activity, reckless driving, child abuse, excessive amounts of filth, tarps on roofs for years (until fire Marshall managed to force property management to repair the roof), multiple dog bites coming from there abused animals, utility theft and totaling over 50 complaints from DHS, PBOT, PPB, Mult Animal Control and BD... read more

I called the receptionist to talk about submitting some documents and explained I was unable to submit the them because o was currently at work. She was very rude to me including statements like “why don’t you just stop wasting your time talking to me and just drive to your house and get the papers we need”
