This is my first time going here. I fractured my ankle back in May and I finally have to do PT. I have to say my evaluation with Michael was great! He was attentive and had a good bedside manner. Unfortunately, Michael is moving on to to further his education in physical therapy. I'm a little bummed because I had a nice rapport with him. I'm sure everyone there is just as good as he is. I just wanted to give a little Kudo to Michael.
Spine and sport is awesome clinic for physical therapy. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. It’s very evident hey care about their patients rehab progress. I would strongly recommend spine and sport for your physical therapy needs
I came into Spine and Sport with a Grade 3 AC separation on my left shoulder. Pain was medium to high at times without even really utilizing my arm. Once I started the therapy program with Adan at the Poway location I felt like I was going to be taken care of. Adan is an exceptional therapist and man. He was very encouraging and inspiring as I was in a somewhat dark place because of my injury. He gave me exercises that were functional and productive for my recovery.
